What this is, and what this isn't

Bravos membership is the public cohort. The Bravos ecosystem is the private side — the same framework, applied directly to your organisation when the public cohort isn't the right fit. The ecosystem runs private work for:

  • A leadership team heading into a pressured quarter that needs focused alignment
  • An off-site or retreat that would benefit from a facilitator who knows the framework
  • A post-cohort deepening; taking something the assessment surfaced and actually working on it
  • A sector, size, or structure that makes the public cohort less relevant

Ecosystem engagements are parallel to Bravos membership, not an alternative to it. They don't produce an Excellence Score or eligibility for the cohort. The cohort is the public path; the ecosystem is the private one.
