The people who make the Bravos

Leadership team.

Four people run Bravos in Dubai. They hold the framework, maintain the standards, and carry the relationships that make each cohort possible.

Coaches.

Coaches are present at most of the Bravos Lab across the year. Cohort members meet them regularly, build relationships, and draw on their experience throughout the cycle. When the top 50 prepare their live pitch to the jury, coaches work directly with them - shaping how the pitch lands, asking the harder questions, helping each leader show what their organisation is actually doing. Coaches sharpen the pitch; they don't deliver it. Apply here to become a Bravos accredited coach.

Expert jurors.

The Expert Jury evaluates the live pitches delivered by the top 50. They read the case submissions beforehand as context, then question and rank each pitch under the same framework, across every organisation. Led by the President of the Expert Jury and composed of senior Dubai leaders across sectors. Apply here to join the expert jurors 2026-2027.

NextGen jurors.

The NextGen Jury sits alongside the Expert Jury at the live pitches. They read the cases beforehand and evaluate each pitch under the same framework, and their scores count. Their perspective exists because the organisations Bravos assesses are increasingly led by — and serving — people who don't experience work the same way the previous generation did.
