BRAVOS COMPANY MEMBERSHIP

Join the Bravos founding cohort.

Membership is how an organisation joins Bravos. 1 annual fee gets you the full programme: the Labs, assessments, the peer benchmark, and the pathway to the 2027 awards. The price of the founding cohort rate is 2,000 AED. Standard pricing is 5,000 AED.

What the membership includes

A full year in the founding cohort. Everything below is included in the annual fee.

As a company member, you stay connected, visible and part of the conversation throughout the year:

  • The assessment and your Excellence Score: The substantive measurement Bravos is built around, with 24 items for the executive level, 48 for the team, delivered in Q4 2026. The results include pillar-level detail across the 6 pillars, your culture maturity classification, and your 0–100 Excellence Score benchmarked against companies in your sector and size band.
  • Access to every Lab: 2 seats at all Bravos Labs throughout the year. Monthly working sessions on leadership, culture, engagement, and performance - where you meet the rest of the cohort, coaches, and jurors.
  • Access to the Off-Record evenings: 1 C-level seat at the Off-Record sessions - the invitation-only conversations for leaders who want the room tighter.
  • Eligibility for the top 500, top 50, and the 2027 awards The Bravos Verified 2027 designation, case pathway, and the pitch to the Expert and NextGen juries -reached only through membership.
  • Ecosystem discounts: Partner perks across the Bravos programme - private Labs, bespoke workshops, and services from the Bravos-accredited providers.
  • Signed copy of the international bestselling book: Employee Engagement, What Else? by Inge Van Belle - the deeper case for why this matters, signed by the author.
  • The founding-cohort designation: This cohort is the inaugural edition. Founding members keep that designation, even after standard pricing activates.

One flat annual fee

2,000 AED per year for a corporate membership, only for the founding cohort rate. The standard rate is 5,000 AED. 60% off until September 30th 2026.

No additional cost to reach the top 500, the top 50, or the awards. If you become a finalist, the only thing that goes up is the expectation!
