Join the Bravos founding cohort.

Membership is how an organisation joins Bravos. One annual fee gets you the full programme — the Labs, the assessment, the peer benchmark, and the pathway to the 2027 awards. Founding cohort rate is 2,000 AED. Standard pricing is 5,000 AED.

What Membership includes

A full year in the founding cohort. Everything below is included in the annual fee.

As a company member, you stay connected, visible and part of the conversation throughout the year:

  • The assessment and your Excellence Score The substantive measurement Bravos is built around. 24 items for the CEO, 48 for the team, delivered in Q3–Q4 2026. Results include pillar-level detail across the six pillars, your culture maturity classification, and your 0–100 Excellence Score benchmarked against companies in your sector, size band, and emirate. This is the output most members find their value in.
  • Access to every Lab Two seats at all Bravos Labs throughout the year. Monthly working sessions on leadership, culture, engagement, and performance — where you meet the rest of the cohort, the coaches, and the jurors in the room.
  • Access to the Off-Record evenings One C-level seat at the Off-Record sessions — the smaller, invitation-only conversations for leaders who want the room tighter.
  • Eligibility for the top 500, top 50, and the 2027 awards The Bravos Verified 2027 designation, the case pathway, and the pitch to the Expert and NextGen juries — the awards pathway is reached only through membership.
  • Ecosystem discounts Partner perks across the Bravos programme — private Labs, bespoke workshops, and services from Bravos-accredited providers.
  • A signed copy of the book Employee Engagement, What Else? by Inge Van Belle — the deeper case for why this matters, signed by the author.
  • The founding-cohort designation This cohort is the inaugural edition. Founding members keep that designation in perpetuity, even after standard pricing activates.
