BRAVOS OUTDOOR TEAM RETREAT

For teams in the UAE who are seeking team bonding, corporate well-being, and growth. Join us for a half or full day team experience combining nature, personal wellness, and team connection.


What is it

  • Early morning sunrise or evening sunset hike with your team
  • Guided by Benoit, Bravos coach and Founder of Endorphins Method UAE
  • In the mountains, on the beach or in the desert, followed by an indoor location nearby
  • Breathing session to regulate the nervous system
  • Mindfulness challenges with Sadhu Boards, Ice Baths, Abseiling, and/or Firewalk
  • Healthy refreshments and lunch or dinner to recharge
  • Creating the right conditions for an impactful team workshop afterwards at an indoor location nearby
  • We can even integrate some light teambuilding activities depending on the location

Duration: 2-4 hours hike with refreshments + 2-6 hours workshop with lunch or dinner
