Growth Mindset. Having been always the youngest to be on a certain job level, I had the immense opportunity to learn from others and to go for an extra mile further, driven by a strong customer orientation. Today - not being the youngest any longer - I enjoy passing on my experience to those who are in charge. I love to attain better results with the management of the different companies where I am on the Board. I try to stimulate, not to steer, to challenge their creativity, to motivate, to encourage and support their execution.
I have a master in administrative sciences and an MBA and followed executive programs in Sweden, Switzerland and Chicago. I have working experience in banking, was CEO in a sales company of a stainless steel producer, CEO of an insurance company, CEO of a network integrator active in more than 20 countries, CEO of a biotech company. Today still active in 5 Boards.
CSR. Before the name even existed, I was supporting organizations helping people with different social needs. I was an active member in the King Boudewijn Foundation.
One more thing. Both Inge and Yves worked for Telindus - an ICT integrator. I had the pleasure of being their CEO.
