Role. Co-author of the book “Employee Engagement, what else?” and founding partner of Herculean Alliance in Belgium en UAE.

Mantra. We rise by lifting others.

Growth Mindset. The current challenge in employee engagement is huge. I’m convinced that we will only be able to tackle it if we join forces as a community. Experts, academics, coaches, business leaders and, above all, the employees themselves: everyone can contribute. So we can all learn from each other.

CSR. As the founder of Pink Ladies Games, the CSR initiative for active women who care, I’m an advocate of social entrepreneurship. I actively support and promote the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, more specifically SDG 3 (Good health and Well-being) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality).
