Role. I am a consultant with KPMG's People & Change Advisory, I work with organizations to prepare and shape their workforce for the future.

Mantra. Mindset - pursue excellence in everything, great big things come together when you do a bunch of smaller things really well.

One More Thing. I worked in hospitality consulting for a while, and nothing has stuck with me more than remembering how important it is to always impart a memorable experience, and without people, there is no experience. It's easy to aspire to great standards, but being consistent with it in everything we do is where the real challenge resides.
