Role. CEO, serial entrepreneur and founder of the employer branding agency Branded. Careers, Djobby and thribebuilders. In my case, CEO stands for Chief Enthusiasm Officer. In 2011, I wrote a book 'Enthousiaster living in 5 days' in which he explains with examples and practical exercises how you can live more enthusiastically, happier and more qualitatively based on the S.M.I.L.E. principle!

Belief. The experience is the marketing: if you organize a good experience for employees and customers, it automatically takes care of (employer) marketing. Make sure you focus on 'the moments that matter' so you can make a difference as an employer, supplier or partner!

Growth Mindset. You always only get one chance to make a first impression, so make sure that first impression is 'spot on'! How you do one thing represents how you do everything. As a professional it is important to always be the best version of yourself, this is the only way you can continue to grow. Don't forget that every touchpoint you have with a (future) employee or prospect/customer translates into memory in your brain.

CSR. I also felt that it was a hot topic for CSR to do its bit for society. Some say the following about me: "Superman by day, an entrepreneur by night". For example, you can regularly find me in hospitals where I dress up as a superman and entertains sick children. I have been supporting the charity 'Bring a Smile' for years in many different ways. I also give my employees the opportunity to contribute to this charity during their working hours.
