Mantra. When you reach for the stars, you may not quite get them, but you won't come up with a handful of mud either.

Growth Mindset. I love to start and grow a business, this gives me energy. I also participate in various boards and am a trusted advisor for many firms both large and small.

CSR. I started my own charity 15 years ago, Dispensario SUAZIO in Guayaquil, Ecuador. This small pharmacy, with just enough room to house a general practitioner and an obstetrician, provides free consultations as well as medicines for the community, who otherwise would not have had access to them.

One more thing. I run marathons because I’m in for the long run.
